- 1 Pack of Marquespan Crostoli
- 2 Cups of granulated sugar
- 5 Cups of oil
- 1 Tbsp of ground cinnamon
- ½ Cup of wheat flour
How to Prepare:
- Dust the pans with flour and arrange the Crostoli.
- Let it rise for about 2 hours at 28°C (82°F).
- Heat oil to 150°C (302°F) and fry the Crostoli until golden brown.
- While still warm, coat with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
